Admissions to Poornachandra Public School for all grades will be based on written aptitude tests of the student. We firmly believe that all children possess specific intelligence’s in which they are strong. Consequently, admissions will be based on the proclivity of the student especially mental organization, creativity and critical thinking skills.

As the school fees are subject to revision from time to time, it is not practicable to publish the school fees on this web page. Firm fee figures may be obtained by calling the school during working hours or by sending an e-mail to the address given in the contact information section of the web page.

1. Each pupil will be supplied with a fee card during the year. The Fee card System is a means of communicating to parents, the amount due and a means of showing them at a glance their accounts for the whole year.

2. Defaulters liable to be fined, as far as arrears are involved could be suspended till all dues are paid. If fees are not paid by the time the next bimonthly charge is made.

3. The payments could be made in cash and receipt must be demanded whenever a transaction is made.

4. Fee counter will be available from 9.30 AM to 2.30 PM On Saturdays 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM

Transport charges payable by the students commuting by school van should be paid half yearly in months of June and December by the 10th of these months. If not paid, the transport facility will be forfeited. Once the van facility is available, it should continue till the end of the academic year

I Quarterly Fee : To be paid by 10th of May

II Quarterly Fee : To be paid by 10th of August

III Quarterly Fee : To be paid by 10th of November

IV Quarterly Fee : To be paid by 10th of February

1. The school admits boys and girls, to availability of seats

2. While applying for admission, the following documents should be furnished.
* Original Transfer CertificateFor Grade II to X duly countersigned by the competent authorities.
* Character and conduct certificate.
* Original birth certificate for Kindergarten, Prep-I and Grade-I.
* Photocopy of the progress report/marks sheet of the previous grade.

3. Pupils coming from schools affiliated to other boards will have to sit for an entrance test.

4. All new admissions to Pre Primary section will be made at the beginning of the session.

5. Date of birth of the Child in PPSCRP, once recorded by the parent at the time of admission will not be altered under any circumstances.

6. All applications for withdrawal should be made to the Principal, through the school office, after clearing all dues to the school.

7. Pupils detained twice in the same Grade shall not be entertained for the third year. Such pupils should be withdrawn compulsorily.

8. The Transfer Certificate can be collected from the office of the Principal after 15 working days from the date of application.
